HRH CROWN PRINCESS KATHERINE INVITED BY MRS. MARIANNA VARDINOYIANNIS, PRESIDENT OF “ELPIDA”, FRIEND’S ASSOCIATION FOR CHILDREN WITH CANCER

 Athens 2 January 2006. HRH Crown Princess Katherine during her visit to the hostel was thrilled by the great work implemented and maintained by the Friend’s Association for Children with Cancer, “ELPIDA”.

 Crown Princess Katherine warmly congratulated the President of the Association  Mrs. Marianna Vardinoyiannis and stated that such hostels are very important, every country needs to have one and also that this initiative should be an example for others. Crown Princess Katherine was very moved by her contact with the children that are hospitalized at the hostel, but also with the warm atmosphere that the hostel is operating due to its great human resources.
