H.R.H. CROWN PRINCESS KATARINA OPENS THE HUMAN REPRODUCTION DEPARTMENT AT THE CLINICAL CENTER OF SERBIA

H.R.H. Crown Princess Katarina today opened the Human Reproduction Department at the Institute of Gynaecology and Obstetrics of the Clinical Center of Serbia. This is a unique department in the country and it is of vital importance for the birth of healthy babies. In future this department will be working under the patronage of Her Royal Highness.

In the speech preceding the opening of the department, Her Royal Highness emphasised that every humanitarian project is a work of the heart and each one is valuable. “But if one has to listen to his heart, that is by all means, help in making hope become a reality and the dream of happy parenthood and healthy childhood come true. None of us should regret efforts in helping this project”, underlined  Princess Katarina.

The Serbian Minister of Construction Mr. Dragoslav Šumarac, the Director of the Republic Fund for Health Insurance Mr. Mijat Savić, the spouse of Serbian  Prime Minister Mrs. Ružica Đinđić, the Director of the Clinical Center of Serbia Dr. Vojko Đukić, professors of Medical Faculty, doctors, medical staff and numerous journalists attended the official opening of the Human Reproduction Department.
