H.R.H. CROWN PRINCESS KATARINA DELIVERS
APPARATUS FOR BIO-CHEMICAL ANALYSIS TO THE CHILD CLINIC IN NIS

Instrument "VICTOR V" and printer - the most recent apparatus for the analysis of drugs efficiency and analysis of toxins.   Handover of the awards "Czar Constantine" and "Cele Tower" to the Crown Prince Aleksandar, Princess Katarina and Prince Filip at the Children's Hospital. Mayor of Nis, Mr. Goran Ciric, hands the "Czar Constantine" award to Dr. Laycock.

Their Royal Highnesses Crown Prince Aleksandar II, Princess Katarina and Prince Filip visited today Child Clinic of Clinical Centre in Niš and Special Psychiatric Hospital in Gornja Toponica.

Their Royal Highnesses were welcomed in Niš by the Mayor of Niš Mr. Goran Ćirić, the authorities of Clinical Center and Child Clinic and numerous medical staff. On this occasion  Princes Katarina delivered the apparatus for all kinds of bio-chemical analysis to the Child Clinic as a part of her humanitarian help, that was tested afterwards.

Delivering help, Princess Katarina one more time expressed her gratitude to all the doctors and medical staff  of the Hospital for the effort and care they put into their work.

Accompanied by Mr. Ćirić, the Mayor of Niš, Their Royal Highnesses visited the place where the new kinder garden is to be constructed.

Their Royal Highnesses were the guests of honour at St. Kozma and Damjan ‘slava’ in Special Psychiatric Hospital in Gornja Toponica. On this occasion Crown Prince Aleksandar II opened the exhibition of this year’s art colony of the Hospital named “ Prince’s Dream”.

At the exhibition opening, Crown Prince Aleksandar III said that the presented works were not only the works of fine art, but also the expressions of fears and hopes of their authors.

Besides Their Royal Highnesses, the Mayor of Niš, representatives of Serbian Ministry of Health and representatives of numerous humanitarian organizations also attended the ‘slava’.

HRH Crown Prince Aleksandar II, Princess Katarina, Prince Filip accompanied by Dr Elaine Laycock from London have visited the Children Hospital in Nis on the nice and happy occasion: to deliver "Victor V Plate Reader" analyser that had just arrived from London.

HRH Crown Prince Aleksander, Princess Katarina and Prince Filip have visited the Children Hospital, warmly welcomed by Director of the Hospital prof. Dr Borislav Kamenov, Director of the Clinical Center Nis Prof. Dr Jeremic, the patients, doctors and nurses and other hospital staff. picture

The children have prepared a short music programme and awarded HRH Crown Prince Aleksandar II, Princess Katarina, Prince Filip and Dr Laycock with their paintings. picture

HRH Crown Prince Aleksander, Princess Katarina, Prince Filip and Dr Laycock have officially delivered "Victor V Plate Reader" analyser– the latest device for the analyses of drugs and toxins on the very molecular basis, which is irreplaceable in the estimation of the efficiency of the therapy by the patients. picture

GORNJA TOPONICA
HRH Crown Prince Aleksandar II, Princess Katarina, Prince Filip and Dr Laycock were invited to be guests of honour on the celebration of Slava in the Special psychiatric Hospital in Gornja Toponica. Their hosts were Director of the Hospital Dr Milan Stanojkovic, Mayor of the City of Nis Mr. Goran Ciric, His Grace Vladika Irinej, representative of the Ministry of Health Dr. Aleksandra Makaj, the hospital staff and the members of the humanitarian organisations that work on the territory of Nis. picture

His Grace Vladika Irinej has cut the Slava cake and wished Marry Slava -St. Kozma and Damjan- to the hospital staff and all the guests. picture
On that occasion there was organized a Painting Colony named "The Prince Dream", on which 14 painters from Novi Sad and Nis took part. HRH Crown Prince Aleksandar II opened the exhibition of the paintings created on this Colony. picture

HRH Crown Prince Aleksandar and Prince Filip have got oil paintings as a present from the author Mrs. Zlatica Maksimovic, the painter.

The Mayor Mr. Ciric awarded Dr. Elain Laycock with the statue "Emperor Konstantin" for her great engagement, generosity and devotion in humanitarian activities in Nis in the last eight years. picture
