HRH CROWN PRINCESS KATHERINE DELIVERS DONATION WORTH € 25,000 TO CACAK HOSPITAL

Belgrade, 18 September 2002 – After visiting Belgrade hospitals “Saint Sava” and “Dr. Miroslav Zotovic” yesterday, 17 September, HRH Crown Princess Katherine visited Cacak where she first went to the Town Hall, and then she delivered her donation to the Health Center, a mobile incubator and defibrillator “Draeger”, in the total value of € 25,000. This aid is a part of the equipment rallied during the great humanitarian even organized by the Foundation of HRH Crown Princess Katherine at the White Palace this June.

The host to Princess Katherine was the Mayor of Cacak, Mr. Velimir Ilic, who organized a pleasant reception for her.

After the reception, The Princess took a tour of the Health Center where she delivered a mobile incubator (€ 20,000) and a defibrillator “Draeger” (€ 5,000) to the director, Dr. Sinisa Cerovic, and on that occasion said: “The mobile incubator and defibrillator are only a small part of what you need, but I hope they will still help you to overcome some of the difficult situations you are facing. My husband Crown Prince Aleksandar and I will as always stand by you and try to help you as much as possible”.

The director Dr. Sinisa Cerovic thanked Princess Katherine for her care and effort she puts in her everyday humanitarian activities, as well as for her valuable aid she donated to this health institution.
