AHEAD OF HUMANITARIAN AUCTION FOR HELPING CHILDREN WITH DISABILITIES: EXHIBITION OF CILE MARINKOVIC’S PAINTINGS

In the presence of Their Royal Highnesses Hereditary Prince Peter, Prince Philip, Serbian Ambassador to the UK HE Mr. Ognjen Pribicevic, Sir Paul Judge, Chairman of the British-Serbian Chamber of Commerce and Patron of Cambridge Judge Business School, and Miss Dana Marinkovic, artist and the daughter of Cile Marinkovic, humanitarian exhibition of paintings was officially opened at “Gallery 106” in London. This event is only a prelude to a major charity auction and cocktail when the distinguished guests will purchase paintings by Cile Marinkovic and dresses by designer Roksanda Ilincic to help raise funds for the treatment of children with disabilities from Serbia.

“In cooperation with Lifeline Humanitarian Organization, whose patron is Her Royal Highness Crown Princess Katherine, and by bringing together influential artist Cile Marinkovic and fashion designer Roksanda Ilincic, we are organizing an exhibition whose ultimate goal is to help our children. On Monday, February 6 all humane people of good will have the opportunity to participate in a big auction and contribute to the humanitarian mission of Crown Princess Katherine. We hope this is just the beginning of linking art and humaneness, on the way to a better tomorrow”, said Mrs Alison Andrews, chief organizer of the project and the daughter of Their Royal Highnesses Crown Prince Alexander and Crown Princess Katherine, at the opening.

Charity cocktail and auction will be held in the presence of Their Royal Highnesses Crown Prince Alexander and Crown Princess Katherine on Monday, 6 February 2017, at 6:00 pm in the University Women’s Club in Mayfair, London. Charity cocktail and auction will bring together influential figures from London and Belgrade, and in addition to purchasing favourite pieces, the participants will be able to enjoy the conversation with the artists.
