Crown Princess Katherine patron of the First Congress of Cardiovascular Imaging in Belgrade, Serbia 2015

Her Royal Highness Crown Princess Katherine sent a letter to participants of the First Congress of Cardiovascular Imaging in Belgrade, Serbia and it was read at the official opening ceremony at Crowne Plaza Hotel today. Her Royal Highness has been a patron of this major medical event in Serbia that gathered several hundred doctors from Serbia and abroad, with more than 20 guest lecturers from Europe. 

Her Royal Highness Crown Princess Katherine emphasized in her letter: “I have accepted with greatest pleasure to be the patron of this very important congress. I would like to praise the organizing committee and all who participated in preparing this event for their hard work. It is very important that congresses like this take place in our country, because they present an excellent opportunity to display the latest results in this field of medicine as well as to exchange ideas and experience.”

The programme of this congress will focus on the clinical scenario demonstrating how multimodality imaging may affect clinical decision making and outcome, through the interaction with leading imaging experts from all over the world. The foreign lecturers will have an opportunity to visit the Royal Palace on Monday evening.

The Congress will be held at the Crowne Plaza Hotel in Belgrade from March 1 to March 3, 2015.
