TRH Crown Prince Alexander and Crown Princess Katherine delivered a new cardiotocography (CTG) machine worth 4,100 Euros, the donation of the Lifeline NY humanitarian organization and 10 Striker electric beds worth 27,000 Euros the donation of Project C.U..R.E humanitarian organization from Denver, Colorado to the Clinical Center in Zemun. The total value of the donation is 31,600 Euros.
“Last year a donation of 500,000 Euros was provided to Zemun hospital. It is a proof of excellent cooperation with Zemun hospital we established. My husband, my family and I are committed to help Zemun Clinical Center and Serbian healthcare whenever we can “– said HRH Crown Princess Katherine in her speech.
Following the delivery to Zemun Clinical Center, the Royal couple visited Clinical center Zvezdara and delivered a new Cardiotocography (CTG) machine worth 4,100 Euros, donation of the Lifeline New York Humanitarian Organization, and 5 Stryker electric beds for intensive medical care worth 13,750 Eur – the donation of Project C.U.R.E. Humanitarian Organization. Total value of the donation to CC Zvezdara is 17,850 Euros.
“This hospital, also known as “The City hospital” is of vital importance for Belgrade and Serbia. Medical professionals here practice very advanced procedures and I am always glad to support you” – added HRH Crown Princess Katherine during the visit.
Total value of the donations to the Clinical Hospital Centre Zemun, Obstetrics and Gynaecology Clinic Narodni Front Belgrade and Clinical Hospital Centre Zvezdara is 81,050 Euros.
The Royal couple was joined by Mr and Mrs Jugoslav Celikovic at today deliveries, who actively support the work of Crown Princess Katherine’s Foundation over the years.
